Design / Manufacture
We design and manufacture progressive dies from the simplest to the most complex. SDM has an in-house specialised tooling shop and employs a qualified staff equipped with programming workstations using advanced CAD / CAE / CAM 2D and 3D software in order to guarantee real customisation of the process.
The up-to-date machine park guarantees precision in construction and reliability in machining. The dies are manufactured using materials suitable for maintaining performance and quality over time.
Preventive and predictive maintenance in SDM
The entire department is in full support of production for routine and extraordinary maintenance so as to quickly intervene in the event of any problems that may arise during production and thereby reduce machine downtime.
